I’m fuelled by coffee, dog walks, slow yoga practices, and grounded words that make things more accessible, creative, and clear.

For me, writing and yoga are about creating understanding, bridging differences and offering connection, whether it’s in a boardroom, in an email, or on a yoga mat.

Less overwhelm, more ease

Before launching my freelance career, I spent 15 years working in public service communications, where I focused on plain language and making complex information accessible and understandable to employees and the Canadian public.

Today, I bring that expertise to my freelance clients, helping organizations create clearer internal communications, from employee messages to internal guides and procedures.
