My Yoga Story
I took my first yoga class as a teenager and was hooked. Yoga has become a lifelong learning practice for me that began in 2016 with a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification and continues today with ongoing professional development programs at the Manitoba Fitness Council and Yoga Centre Winnipeg.

I help you bring wellness into the workplace with customized sessions like a weekly lunchtime series. Whether on a mat or in a chair, in person or over Zoom, I can support you and your employees find more ease in the office.

Past workshops have included Chair Yoga for Office Workers, Chair Yoga for Writers, and a Women’s Empowerment Flow.

I teach hatha, kripalu, and vinyasa classes at various YMCA-YWCA locations and at the Yoga Centre Winnipeg. You can also catch me teaching chair yoga at the Winnipeg Public Library. Contact me for a full schedule.
